At Diamond Bailey Restoration & Renovations we like to collaborate with other primary trades. When a Plumbing Company or Electrical / HVAC Contractor finishes a major refit or repair in a commercial or residential building, there are usually many substrate repairs needed. Re-framing in some cases, extensive repairs to interior and exterior walls and fixtures, re-texturing of ceilings, stucco repair, paving and concrete repairs, insulation, flooring, tiling, cabinets, etc etc. Basically everything has to be repaired or re-constructed to it’s original (or better ) condition. This is Where we come in. We Would be happy to work alongside any trade whatsoever that could use our services in this capacity.
At times and because of circumstances, the strata or the building managers may seek out individual estimates for repairs, either for a general renovation or work still to be done after a major or minor repair or retrofit.
We would be happy to work along with any strata or management company in that capacity.
